Exclusions
  • Airfare / Train fare.
  • Monument & entrance fees at sightseeing spots.
  • Adventure activities (skiing, paragliding, rafting, horse rides, etc.).
  • Personal expenses (laundry, phone calls, shopping, tips, etc.).
  • Lunch and any meals not mentioned in inclusions.
  • Additional sightseeing or usage of vehicle not in the itinerary.
  • Room heater charges (if applicable).
  • Guide services (unless specified).
  • Any costs due to natural calamities, roadblocks, strikes, or political disturbances.
  • Anything not mentioned under inclusions.

Booking & Payment : Advance payment required to confirm booking. Full payment must be completed before departure.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 02:00 PM – 03:00 PM
  • Check-out: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • (Early/late subject to availability & extra charges)

Cancellation Policy

  • No refund within 30 days of departure. Advance amount is non-refundable.

Itinerary Changes

  • Sunworld Trips reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances.

Company Cancellation

  • Sunworld Trips will provide a full refund if the trip is cancelled by the company.

Force Majeure

  • Sunworld Trips is not responsible for delays/cancellations due to natural disasters, weather, or unforeseen events.

International Travel

  • Visa approval is subject to embassy rules. Passport must be valid (minimum 6 months).

Child Policy

  • Below 2 years: Free
  • 2–12 years: 40%–50% charges
