Sunworld Trips – Terms & Conditions

  • Booking & Payment : Advance payment required to confirm booking. Full payment must be completed before departure.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 02:00 PM – 03:00 PM
  • Check-out: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • (Early/late subject to availability & extra charges)

Cancellation Policy

  • No refund within 30 days of departure. Advance amount is non-refundable.

Itinerary Changes

  • Sunworld Trips reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances.

Company Cancellation

  • Sunworld Trips will provide a full refund if the trip is cancelled by the company.

Force Majeure

  • Sunworld Trips is not responsible for delays/cancellations due to natural disasters, weather, or unforeseen events.

International Travel

  • Visa approval is subject to embassy rules. Passport must be valid (minimum 6 months).

Child Policy

  • Below 2 years: Free
  • 2–12 years: 40%–50% charges

Liability

  • Sunworld Trips is not responsible for loss, injury, or delays caused by third parties.
